MAYO x Jini Yummy Matte Top Gel
A special collaboration between MAYO and Korean Nail Artist Jini. The Yummy Matte Top is a formulated matte top gel that can be used in combination with pencil crayons and ball point pens for fun hand-drawn nail art.
How to use:
- Apply the Yummy Matte Top Gel and cure for 30-40 seconds in a UV-LED lamp.
- Wipe the cured layer with alcohol
- Apply pencil crayon/ballpoint pen to create hand drawn nail art.
- Finish with another coat of top gel to seal the nail art.

I love this so much! When doing nail art on my press is I like to do an outline 1st so nothing looks off. Before I would have to do my bad color then take then buff the shine off so I could use a pencil to draw my outline. Not anymore I just put this on, cure it, then wipe off the tacky layer and I'm good to go. You can use colored pencil and I'm sure you could even use gouache, acrylic paint, or watercolor. I haven't tested the paint yet but colored pencil works. It has the texture of a paperlike screen protector. All in all I'd say get it.
I was influenced into buying this top coat for drawing on your nails with watercolor pencils. IT REALLY WORKS and is so fun to use. Super reliable!
