Shipping policy

Delivery

During non-sale seasons, packages can take several business days to up to a week (excluding weekends) after placing your order to be shipped out. If your package hasn’t been sent out within this time, please email us at sales@sweetienailsupply.com.

Once your package has left our fulfillment centre (please check your tracking number), any inquiries and/or requests regarding it must be directed to your designated shipping courier as we have no jurisdiction and access to the package once it leaves our fulfillment centre.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before you place your order. Packages delivered to incorrect addresses will be sent back to our fulfillment centre and in order to properly receive your order, customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping fee again.

As of May 17th, 2024, local dropoffs are no longer a shipping option.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and/or military base addresses.


 

Shipping to the United States of America

Due to the changes in tariff regulations, we have made the decision to cover tariffs for our American customers. Please be advised that under these new regulations, customs processing will take an additional 3-5 days on top of the shipping estimate.

Shipping estimates will be based on your location and the shipping method you choose. We do not have jurisdiction over a package once it leaves our warehouse. We advise customers to reach out to their respective shipping couriers to inquire about their package if they have any questions.

 

Sale Periods

During major sale periods, packages will take longer than usual due to the amount of orders we receive. Please allow for 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends) after placing your order for your package to be prepared and sent out.


Orders placed during sales cannot be modified, so please ensure what you're ordering is correct! Address changes can be made but please take in mind that it may delay your order.

 


Tracking Your Package

Tracking information may take at least 1-2 business days to update as they are being processed. Please note that tracking updates may not immediately appear when a label is generated.

Tracking on international orders will update when the destination country receives the package and is processed by customs.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Any disrespect and/harassment to our staff can result in cancellation of your order and flagging your profile.
