Refund Policy

Refunds can only be issued within 10 days of receiving your order. The 10 day period begins when the shipping courier has marked your package as delivered through the tracking number. We advise you to check that your order is correct upon delivery as once the 10 day grace period is over, we cannot issue refunds and/or returns.

If you discover an issue with your order upon delivery, please email us at sales@sweetienailsupply.com with your order number and we will work together with you to solve the issue. Sweetie Nail Supply Inc. does not cover the shipping cost for a return. The cost of the return will be taken out of the refund amount.

 


Non-refundable items

Refunds cannot be issued for the following: items that have been opened, items that have been used, personal change of mind, products with minor exterior defects, clearance products, orders placed during any sale, and orders affected by shipping delays.

Please be advised that, colours of products shown on a computer screen may not accurately represent the true colour of the product in person due to lighting and saturation settings on your devices. We recommend you look at the swatches of the product from the brand manufacturer and customer reviews to ensure you will be happy with the product.

 

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes to your order must be made before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes to your order.

Customers that chargeback without having contacted us will be flagged and will have any existing and future orders cancelled. This is to protect us as a company and to prevent fraud.


Sale Periods

During major sale periods, packages will take longer than usual due to the amount of orders we receive. Please allow for 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends) after placing your order for your package to be prepared and sent out.


Orders placed during sales cannot be modified, so please ensure what you're ordering is correct! Address changes can be made but please take in mind that it may delay your order.

Refunds are up to Sweetie Nail Supply Inc.’s discretion depending on the situation.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Any disrespect and/harassment to our staff can result in cancellation of your order and flagging your profile.
