Silicone nail molds have become a popular way to create consistent yet customizable nail embellishments. From cute bows and elegant flowers to delicate lace patterns, silicone nail molds offer a convenient way to add character, dimension, and intricate details to nail designs. They are especially useful for efficiently creating repeated designs with a consistent shape and size, making it easier to achieve detailed nail art without having to sculpt each piece by hand.
However, when working with large or delicate mold designs, using clear gel or color gel can result in hardened flat-back nail pieces that do not curve to securely fit the nail. Since nails are not completely flat and instead have a slight curve, it can be difficult for regular gel mold pieces to naturally conform to the surface of the nail. This can leave exposed edges that may not be securely adhered to the nail or can cause the piece to lift and fall off more easily.
Viewgel Malang Fit Mold Gel was specially created for filling silicone nail molds to create flexible nail pieces that conform to the curvature of the nail for close fit and improved adhesion. As a specialized, TPO-free resin gel, Malang Fit Mold Gel has a fluid, thin, and bubble-free consistency that can be used to easily fill and spread throughout silicone molds, helping capture even small and intricate details

Once cured and removed from the mold, the gel remains bendable rather than rigid and hard like typical gel. This flexibility helps the finished mold piece to curve and fit flush against the nail surface, following its natural shape without breaking or cracking. This makes Malang Fit Mold Gel ideal for creating both thin, delicate mold art and larger, thicker mold pieces. The finished mold art pieces are flexible yet durable, creating a more seamless fit to the nail surface.

How to Use Malang Fit Mold Gel
-
Mix Malang Fit Mold Gel with your desired amount of color gel, glitter, or pigment powder. For a more opaque color, use pigment powder or a highly pigmented color gel.
-
Fill the silicone mold with the mixed gel, making sure the gel reaches all areas of the design, filling in all the detailed crevices of the mold.
-
Cure thoroughly under a nail lamp for 1-2 minutes. Curing time may vary depending on the thickness and size of the mold design.
-
Once fully cured, gently remove the piece from the silicone mold. The flexible finished piece can then be applied and adhered to the nail.
