I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I placed my order in advance to ensure it would arrive during my stay in New York. When I realized the shipment would be delayed, I contacted the company multiple times (starting on April 14) requesting cancellation, since delivery within my timeframe was no longer possible.
Despite several emails, my requests were completely ignored. The order was shipped anyway and delivered to a hotel address after I had already checked out, leaving me with no control over the package.
This is actually the second time I try to purchase from this company and face the same issue: delayed shipping and no support when trying to cancel.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend buying from them.
