I love how interesting the mix of colours are in Quartz, from the base colours to the cateye shifts. They have quite a transparent syrup base with lots of bright pearls, in an easy-to-work-with medium viscosity.
RM21/ RM22 are also bit more silky cateyes too. I was able to achieve a really nice orb effect with these. I'm excited to use them in lots of sets!
This collection is a must have! Every single color is gorgeous. Whether it be on their own or over a solid color, they are mesmerizing.
