It took me a while to finally purchase this set because I already have some other collections with darker cat eyes, but I just kept thinking about the Nebula collection and I finally took the plunge. I’m glad I did, because…wow! These cat eyes are SO beautiful! They are not a velvety shift, but definitely a glittery one (which I like better), and they really pop, especially over a black background. I already have some design ideas in mind: space, galaxy, deep sea, icy winter, etc. and I can’t wait to play around with these colors. Some of the colors look similar right out of the bottle, but when you see the colors side by side you really get a sense of how unique each one is. These are pretty enough that I don’t think you’d even have to magnetize them if you didn’t want to. I found that the cat eye was easy to manipulate with a strong magnet, and although the gels are really packed full of glitter particles, the base is clear enough that I didn’t have any curing problems. Rozyhip has really come on the scene to cause some disruption and I am loving it so far! They’ve made some of my most favorite collections lately, and my wallet might be mad at me, but I can’t stop! Highly recommend this set if you’re in the market for cat eyes with darker hues, colorful magnet particles, a glittery glow and flash capabilities!
