Nekogel - Ice Cream Collection

I’ve have wanted this collection for so long because I’m a sucker for polish with speckles in it. When I got the notification that it was back in stock, I immediately placed my order. They are a little sheer but I think they make great toppers.

Genuinely the worst gel polish I have ever used and a total waste of money. I have 5 layers on my nails and it is barley visible on my nailbed. I have also tried every shade in this collection and all of them are the same where you have to put a white base to even see anything. I get sweetienailsupply only uses pale white and asian people for influencers but I really wish they would at least attempt to show swatches on different skintones so customers can see when collections are not made with them in mind. Going off the pictures you would assume the collection is pale but that with a few coats it would still be visible. Unfortunately if you're not very fair skinned that just isn't true. Plenty of other collections on this site are visible after a layer or 2 and I'd easily recommend them over this one. This collection looks cute on paper but in person its bland and nothing special. The formula is not standout in any way and is comparable to significantly cheaper brands found anywhere. Overall I would recommend to just entirely skip this collection and save your money.

Love my Nekogel! The formula and finish are excellent. I love the little flakies like they have in ice cream.

This review is for the last two in the pic .. I just love Nekogel in general! For the Ice Cream Collection there were about 3-4 I didn’t want so I bought singles. Just beautiful!

Love these. A bit more sheer than I'm used to, but these aresome of my first Korean glitters
