Kokoist NT-02 Overcast

A sheer milky white color. Use this as a solid color manicure, or layered on top of other sheer colors. I personally love to use milky white as a top layer to encase all of my marble colors. It calms down the intensity of the colors and creates a glassy effect. Try layering just one coat on top of one of your Tinted Base Coats (especially Strawberry Milk Base), WHEW I promise it won’t disappoint. This color name is inspired by the coziness of an overcast day and the feeling of staying inside under a nice warm blanket with nothing to do.
