Surprisingly, the gel has a lighter scent compared to builder gels from other brands. It has lots of fibers but once cured you don't see anything once, just be cautious with any fibers sticking up before you cure it. I ended up getting their colored fiber gels as well. Really easy to use and beginner friendly!
