I definitely didn’t feel any heat using this product. It is good for overlay.

Really doesn’t have much heat at all when under a lamp! Very pleased with this product. I will definitely be buying more. I do recommend holding it under a lamp for 2 mins or more before wiping the inhibition layer off.

Super durable!!! Very thick and doesnt move too much!!! Exactly what i was looking for!!! I will def be repurchasing when i run out!
