Jello Jello - One Kill Remover + Peel Off Base Gel Set

This is the best peel-off base coat I've tried so far! As long as your nails are prepped properly, the peel off base coat lasted about two weeks for me.

I’d say this is almost exactly what I wanted! I like gel polish for the fact that it doesn’t emit chemical fumes like regular nail polish, and that it’s quick and easy to cure. That being said, I didn’t like how hard to remove gel polish is. This is (almost) the perfect solution to that, as it makes it very easy to remove the gel from your nails - oftentimes even without the included remover solution and wooden picks. However, it might even be a little *too* easy to remove - it seems to have a staying power comparable to that of a regular base polish, and your whole manicure will just peel right off if you don’t prep your nails by wiping with alcohol beforehand! Regardless I very much value this base gel for adding versatility to my gel manicures!

When I say this is be best customer support I’ve ever encountered I mean that! “Long story, short” I placed an order that was lost by my mailman. I wrote the support email and received a reply a few minutes later. That’s literally unheard of IKYYK…lol. Katie was the agent I encountered and she was awesome. She handled my frustrated rant with ease. She said she’d contact the post office to start a claim and send me a replacement. I received that replacement today. I have never had a company do that for me! I’m usually just stuck with a claim that is lost in the system that I never hear about again. That’s frustrating. I normally don’t shop with companies that don’t use PayPal, because I know PayPal will get my money back lol. I even told Katie this. She was such a sweetheart and she definitely understood my frustration. I am a forever customer now…Thank you Katie and Sweetie Nail Supply, We definitely need more people/companies like you!
