A matte top gel suitable for hand drawn nail art after curing.
How to Use:
1. Apply the matte top gel. Cure for 30 seconds LED or 60 seconds UV.
2. Remove the inhibition layer by wiping with a gel cleanser.
3. Create hand drawn nail art with pencil crayons.
4. Finish with top gel and cure completely to protect the nail art.
