Powder for making flash gel. Simply mix with color gel.
Mix clear/sheer color gels and flash powder on a palette in a ratio of approximately 5:1, or to your liking.
Apply and cure the base gel.
Apply the mixed gel to the entire surface and cure it, then apply a second coat.
After applying and curing the top gel, wipe it off with a cleaner to finish.
