DVOK - DM61 (Under the Sea)

Not quite the color i expected but still pretty 😊

This is a beautiful gel color. It has a teal shimmer and looks incredible. I am loving the consistency too!

I kept buying blue cat eyes and they were a bit disappointed but of course Dvok cat eyes don’t! This is super bright and beautiful blue with a reflective cat eye!
