I'm a new nail tech, so it could be me that's not utilizing it the best. I find it stiff and hard so when you apply french tip, it almost takes away the gel off. The pointed part of the brush is not pointed enough so it's not easy to use if the nails have a natural C curve. Now, I use a thin liner first, and I use this second. Even then, I still don't love it.
To add: My brush came with the gem fallen off, I emailed and they were so kind to send a replacement. It wasn't what I was expecting at all. I wanted to just give them a heads up but clearly SNS really cares about their customers. Thank you!!!
