White sugar powder is composed of transparent pearls, so if you overlay it, the reflection angle disappears and the sparkle will not be present.
How to Use:
1. Apply base gel and cure.
2. Apply color gel and cure.
3. Apply non wipe top gel. Sugar the glitter on top and cure for 1-2 minutes or longer depending on the top gel curing instructions. Afterwards, brush off the excess glitter with a dust brush.
