Bevlah - Under the Sea (HEMA-free)

The polishes are on the thinner side but not runny at all, and they self-level really well. There's a nice mix of jelly and syrup finishes, with colors ranging from soft pastels to vibrant neons—the neon shades pop especially well. The stones and caviar beads are a fun bonus. You get a good amount—definitely enough for a few sets—and the two different stone shades add a nice bit of variety.
