Usage Instructions

1. Apply a moderate amount of oil sherbet massage to the palm of your hand, and rub together
2. Start with the instep and proceed towards the toes
3. Massage from the soles of the feet to the toes. Massage all the way up to the ankles and legs
4. Allow enough time and massage slowly to relieve tension
