This is a healthier way of giving strength to your nails. Usual nail health products require that you use a polish remover to remove the product but as someone with brittle nails, this never works out. You just need to peel this after 1 - 2 days, or when its ready to peel by itself. But after using this for a while and almost everyday, the product by itself doesn't give any noticeable change to my nails personally. But i do like using this after nail product removal. The product is small too; im already half way through it. Im using this with another nail serum and i think that combo is helping with my nail health, but again, i think this product by itself doesn't work for me personally. At the same time, i still like using it for some occasional treatment when i need it or for clients who get a removal done and want some added treatment, without having to put the work of removing at home
