I really wanted to love this set because the colors are genuinely gorgeous, which makes this extra disappointing. My order was over $200 and it took almost a month to ship, only after I reached out asking for an update.
When it finally arrived, several of the gel bottles were already chipped before I even opened them. For the price, I expected much better packaging and quality control. I did appreciate that customer service was prompt and polite, but the partial refund ended up only being about 10% of my order total, which didn’t really feel proportional to the experience.
The set itself is beautiful, but between the long delay and damaged products arriving, I left feeling more frustrated than excited. (In depth video review on my TikTok @ishpresso_)
