THE BEST TOP COAT
I’ve been trying to get this since I’ve seen great reviews so I’m excited to try it but it arrived leaking. There’s a plastic seal to remove and has a seal between the product and the lid so I wonder how it leakes through it. Thankfully it didn’t stain any other products.
