DGEL - Pumping Base Gel

One of the best potted gel bases I've used so far. It is very smooth and just thick enough to not slide anywhere on nail covers or natural nail, but not so thick that your nails look bulky. It provides a great base for builder gel or gel polish that is long-lasting.
