We have recently noticed an increase in customs clearance delays for PGA shipments, with processing times ranging from 1 to 7 business days for customs clearance.
We are currently working closely with our broker to better understand the root cause of these delays and identify ways to prevent them moving forward.
In the meantime, here are the average transit times once shipments have cleared customs:
US Economy: 3–8 business days
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
